Pesto

Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons pine nuts
3 cups loosely packed basil leaves
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (preferably freshly grated)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

In a food processor, process garlic, salt, and pinenuts until finely chopped. Add basil, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil and process until smooth.
